Old Father Time

OK, so the trip to Newcastle lasted exactly 1.5 hours longer than was necessary.
In turn that means I missed the sporting event I was so looking forward to blipping.

Alas it was not volleyball.

It was the Australian Hockey team, and they beat Argentina (at last).

I stayed home while shazanagi soaked up the atmosphere at Olympic Park.

I was properly raging when I finally got back as I had spent 15 minutes "advising" the client not to waste time attempting the impossible.
He went for it. He failed and cost me my evening, ggrrrrrrrr.

Anyway it is the weekend now so I will try not to think about it until I wake up at 5am on Monday morning for work again.
