Feelgood Friday.....

.....awwww bless, a bedraggled kitten being reunited with its mum about 50 years ago (dating from the days when you called the fire brigade if they got stuck up trees or trapped in drains and it made front page news in the local papers)......another snaffled shot from my Ma's photy stash. I stayed at her place last night after her hospital appointment yesterday (where she received a clean bill of health and is therefore a very happy bunny!) so we had a bit of a rummage through curling and faded photographs over tea and toast this morning before I came home.....there's worse ways to start your day.

Then moving swiftly on to the 'not so feelgood'.....
.....the internet connection problems continue, I won't bore you with the details of multiple phonecalls, engineer visits scheduled only to be cancelled by automated texts from Virgin 10 minutes later, blah blah blah.....the latest news is that apparently the fault is at 'their' end and they hope to have it fixed by 5pm today.....I'm not holding my breath, just hoping Mrs NextDoor (who's luckily with a different service provider) is available to provide a drop-in internet-upload facility again sometime later today!

PS......Yay, she didn't need to be, back online on the laptop at least (the kitchen iMac and other 'stuff' is stillplaying hard-to-get'), so I'm leaving that bit of a moan in anyway!
