Mmmmmm... ice cream!!

A family day-trip today down to Dumfries & Galloway in the pouring rain....

We headed off to the Cream O' Galloway Ice Cream Factory, which was great. We did the 'Ice Cream Experience' which involved a tour/explanation of the factory & process, and then eating rather a lot of ice-cream. After picking our favourites, we retired to the (organic) Burger Barn and purchased rather massive cones to thoroughly sicken ourselves!

The kids had a ball in the indoor adventure areas, and then once the rain finally gave way to drier weather, we investigated the outdoor adventure playground too.

The kids were asleep in the car before we even got to the main road again... A good day.
