Beachy

A beautiful warm day here today. I ran without my jacket - t-shirt time! I saw a chap go for a swim in the sea in his wetsuit and skull cap (that's got to still be cold, ay!!?). Temperature reached 21 and that was driving home after 6. We like ;)

When I was on the beach, I was thinking about all the different beaches I've ever been on - The Ferry, Monifieth, Tentsmuir, St Andrews, Crail, Opunake, New Plymouth, Orewa, Nice, Lacanau, iIe de Ré, Waikiki, Auckland..... I thought of the good times I've had alone and mostly with friends, and I thought of my chums. It all made me smile ;)

Beaches are good for you!!
