Metal Objects/Bike Racks ?

Another day at work so had to make use of what time I had to try and find a blip. I had a couple of minutes spare at my terminus and luckily for me it was at the Scottish Parliament. There are so many photo opportunities in the area. I saw these interesting metal objects. A couple of them had bikes chained to them. I'm not sure if this is what they were intended for, or if people had just used them as a make shift bike rails. Anyway I thought it would make a nice mono Blip.
