Flooded Woods

This is why Urquhart Bay Woods is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) it lies between two rivers (Coiltie and Enrick) that regularly flood. For those of you further south in Britain that have been basking in record temperatures and sunshine hours, it has been pretty damp in this (and most other) parts of Scotland this week; hence the floods. However, it has been dry today and the floods are already receding with only one section of the path under water. heres hoping for a good weekend.
