The answer to yesterday's little quiz was gout, by the way. Those who said arthritis were therefore not a million miles away!

Loving this weather and glad to hear that it's going to be with us for a while yet...assuming the Met Office have got it right. It was great to go for a walk with the dogs this morning for the first time in ages and I'm catching up on a few things at home before heading off to work. I have a terrible feeling the heating will still be on...
