Yes I did it. Chopped it all off!!! So much better I think.
It looked great after the hairdresser (my lovely cousin Olga) had put some stuff in it and made it look cool.... but here I am just after driving home after badminton and did not really be bothered to comb it. Going swimming tomorrow so no need for posh hairdo at the moment :)
