Nae Saturn

Saturn is at opposition, so it is the nearest it gets, and also very bright.

Despite the fact that its rings are tilted very favourably to give a nice view, tonight I saw nowt.

It was clear until I went to the trouble to get the telescope out of the garage and then....clouds. Kevin came down and we drank coffee.
