Shell

I spend a lot of time wandering around beaches and picking up shells - it's a habit from my days as a beach combing kid in England. These were all found on 80 Mile Beach in the north of Western Australia and sit in a large coolamon in my dining room. A coolamon is a carrying 'dish' carved from wood and used by aborigines to carry anything from fruit to babies.
