I just looked up after crossing the road before walking through the underpass and there she was.

This gorgeous little stencil girl playing with cards swinging away without a care..

Laymans view - stencilled newspaper attached to the wall then traced with a spray can (possibly).

So unexpected to find her in the daily grind walking home from work..
