I don't know why, but to me this looks like a painting. As I'm not capable of doing that, thank goodness for cameras!

The almond trees have all lost their blossom now and have gained bright new leaves, and everywhere looks so fresh and green. Unfortunately it won't last long before the summer heat turns everything dusty and brown, and these almond leaves will have fallen before autumn arrives.
