it made it!!

this is a picture of the willow tree, that started out as a wedding favor from my sister's wedding 3 years ago. i sprouted the branch, and it's continually grown ever since. last spring we planted it in the yard at our house.

I decided that i didn't want to leave it behind. i took a chance, dug it up and hoped beyond hope that i didn't kill it doing so..and put it in a 5 gallon bucket.

i've got some pruning to do to it, but i need to find the proper tools so that i don't kill more of it. this tree was 6ft tall in the ground before being transplanted. i think it got injured in the move, but at least 3ft of it is still very healthy! so i'm gonna take care of this strong little tree and hopefully the next time it's planted in the ground it'll be in it's permanent home.
