Time to hang up those wings ...

& get to bed young lady!

No blip for yesterday, I was in pain! My poor back was awful yesterday however today it seems to have settled! I've been rather tentative all day to ensure no yelp's escape my mouth! A friend has recommended a physio who also specialises in acupuncture so I'm off to see her for an assessment ... time to get it sorted!

So today myself & little miss F have spent singing ... a very random mix ... Justin Bieber (Miss F loves 'Baby') I personally can't stand the arrogant little twerp! NKOTB ... Miss F was waving her arms to 'Hanging tough' & some Adele ... I love her new CD and have had it on repeat today, much to the neighbours annoyance i'm sure as they had to suffer my singing!

This little dressing table was given to us! It was off to the tip along with a nice cabinet and a bed ... we're full of beds so there was no room for that however, how gorgeous is this little dressing table? Somewhere for Miss F to do her make-up like Mummy she tells me! Eeek!

Anyway ... best get on! Time ticking away and much to do! Night x
