Twitchers!

Driving home through Ramsey (Isle of Man) tonight, and I stopped to take a few photos of the bay. Suddenly two Land Rovers pulled up and out jumped some blokes with huge telephotos in a state of high excitement. Turns out that an Alpine Swift had been spotted on the Island for the first time ever, and they wanted a picture of it. I couldn't tell the difference between it and a normal swift, but I'll take their word for it.

My telephoto looked a bit puny compared to their monster efforts, but then, I wasn't standing there in my slippers, so we'll call it a draw.
