Side of the road near Dundee, a total wasted journey!!! after dropping "Rob" at Glenrothes to drive a car back to Warrington, I carried on to Dundee . . the car I was collecting was not ready, did I want to wait 4 hours while they fixed it? Errrr NO . . . . . . so back to Warrington Empty, technology eh! even with Fax, Phone, Email, internal mail at thier disposal the salesman neglected to tell them we are driving 4 3/4 hrs to collect it, then 4 3/4 hrs back not to mention £100 + in fuel, wage + overtime . . tut tut, will heads roll . . no it happens time and time again :(
