Roadside shrine

This has been around for a few months now in one form or another. It seems the car went into the wall and a young girl (I think) was killed. The wall was repaired ages ago and there is a lot of building work going on in the property. But someone has kept the tributes going. I pass the place at least twice a week but it's at a junction and an awkward place to stop.
