making rice noodles

I walked past these ladies on my way home from work today. They were pounding rice flour and water to make dough to make noodles. On a table behind were 4 more ladies kneading the dough and a fifth lady cutting the dough into the noodles. They were all very cheerful and laughed and laughed as we tried to understand each other.It was a hot, humid day . They must be tired out when they finish!
