Our Monday Friend

This is Ella playing with her Monday friend. Her mother and I have what we call the "Great Exchange". Both of us work part time, so we help each other by taking turns with the girls on Mondays. We have been doing it since they were quite small and it has been a wonderful arrangement. Not only do she and I get a little time to catch up on on our work, but the girl's have a very close sisterlike friendship. Very precious and I highly recommend the "Great Exchange".
