Pan Comido - It's a piece of Cake!

I've been meaning to bake for ages. I've bought ingredients but never took the final step.

Today I thought 'why not?' - so made some cakes. Not to the method I used many moons ago but I thought it was more of a challenge to follow a different recipe!

Maybe by my birthday I might even attempt a 'Big' cake!



p.s. Pan comido - Spanish for 'piece of cake'/something easy. A regular chant when I went to Spanish classes!
