Another wet miserable day here. Spent a lot of time arranging things over the phone and became so fed up with folk who could not tell my A's from my E's or differentiate between my B's and P's that I downloaded the emergency services Phonetic Alphabet, and will spend the rest of the day swotting up my Oscar Juliet Bravo's. By the way Morven - U comes up as Uniform - not U Boat as you informed me! You almost got me into trouble there.
