Mysterious Blue Window

This blue light was on for about an hour now, coming from this window in the opposite building... It's very strange... I have never seen this before.

As I am writing this though, I can hear some beautiful saxophone melody and someone is actually playing from that blue room! Very nice! TV is off, window is opened and I am enjoying nice and free music
