Pure Gold

A lovely , golden day today. The sun shone and the house was full of laughter with the boys and their mum here. John and the boys treated us to a superbly cooked and presented brunch . followed later by a lovley dinner. Isn't mothers'day wonderful!

Now they've gone home the house is very quiet. I could have uploaded various shots but chose this golden shot of the daffodils as it seemed to fit so well with our golden day.
