Little Lizard

This little chap appeared on Bill's arm today as we basked in the warm spring sunshine.
The common lizard is a protected species in the UK as its numbers are in decline. At this time of year it emerges from its winter hibernation to also bask in the warmth of the sun in order to increase its energy stores before his/her thoughts turn to procreation!

Ah........... missing the warmth of our Dalyan sun.
