Saturday Night, Dinner In...

Joined members of the Poetry Society of Virginia at noon today, for one of their First Saturday Reading Series events, at the Williamsburg-James City County Regional Library at Norge.

Read some of my new poems from The Morning Porch PoemsSeries at Via Negativa. Very much enjoyed the poems of fellow readers as well!

Coming back, we got on the wrong exit and got a bit lost in Suffolk. Drove through a bit of rain, but that went quickly and when we returned to Norfolk the sun was bright again.

Had dinner in tonight: Lemon Pepper Papardelle with sauteed brussels sprouts, shrimp, and bits of turkey bacon;

and we watched the copy of "Inception" that we checked out from our neighborhood video store yesterday. (I loved it when Eames said, "Don't be afraid to dream a little bigger, darling!")
