I missed my weekly gym class and Sauna this morning as I was learning all about the replacement for the Disclosure Scotland scheme. If it all works as planned it seems like a great new system - but that's if it all works out...

Had a catch up with my very good friend C this afternoon and then it was off out for a birthday dinner where I had the pleasure of Greenzowie's company - not sure she should be allowed out to eat in public though :-P
