For men

I went for a walk and cup of tea with Bittersweet - and Brodie and Bill - this afternoon. It was just what I needed - took all the stress I'd been feeling away. Fresh air and friendship were obviously just what was needed today.

Got home and hit the spare room again - I seem to throw a lot of stuff away but there is still a lot in there - it's like the never-ending junk room.

A nice glass of wine in front of the telly tonight should just round off the day nicely.
