Worlds crossed

This window, situated in the renaissance Palace of Charles V, overlooks one of  most popular courts in the Alhambra - El Patio de la Alberca.
That's why this window is called like that: Worlds crossed - Two worlds are linked here.

Today I went up to the Palace to visit an exhibition on M.C. Escher that is being held there, in the  old chapel, to commemorate the 75th anniversary of his second visit to Granada. Of course, I looked at the paintings, engravings, videos and photos and admired them; but I liked this view the most!
