Cooking Class
My parents, Allie, Xuan, Dan and I took a cooking class at the Secret Ingredient School in Fairfield. Thanks to Sharon and her family (it was a Christmas present to us) and Tracy the instructor, we learned how to cook a French Bristo menu featuring Mussels Provencal, Three Onion Soup Au Gratin, White Bean Cassoulet, and Chocolate Pots de Creme. It was a delicious meal and we even learned a few things like to slice an onion properly. After we ate the food, we visited Dorothy and Derrick to meet the newest to the family, Michael. Michael stayed awake for us and allowed everyone to hold him with ease. He is such a cutie!
