Singles Awareness Day

Today has not been one of my better Valentine's Days. I worked from 7am to 4pm and Peter works from 3pm to Midnight. So, we aren't going to see each other at all. Plus, work just sucked because all of the most annoying, needy people came in. Please tell me how I'm supposed to find a book for your husband when you're married to him and don't know what to get him. And no, I can't recommend something that's similar to the obscure author you're asking about because, contrary to popular belief, when I got hired at B&N I was not required to read every book in the store. ::sigh::

At any rate, thanks to those two things I left work in a pretty bad mood, but arrived home to some beautiful roses and a home-made card. I was also informed that I will be wined and dined tomorrow to make up for today. Needless to say, I'm in a much better mood now, and although I have no boy to snuggle with, I do have some kitties. <3
