Not sure what

Just came across these in Inverness High Street. As I came up behind them they suddenly gave a drum roll and marched off and then stopped outside the Town House. Rushed to get level and snatch a quick shot. I was a little flustered as it was my first attempt to take a photo with my new phone bought earlier this week. It's with Three and I'm beginning to wonder if coverage is really adequate for the gizmo to work as a phone let alone as a camera. After I took the shot they all trouped off into the Town House no doubt to get given a slap up meal by the Provost.
