Flying Day

Early Start, 05:47 train to Finsbury Park. A busy tube to London Victoria ("interesting" with our extra long cross country skis and rucksacks) then on the Gatwick Express. 08:40 Flight arriving Oslo-Gardermoen at 11:55, then five hours wait until our next flight. We met Kathy and Rancidand who flew SAS from Aberdeen via Stavanger and had an onward flight an hour earlier than us as we awaited the cheapo Norwegian flight. Finally we arrived in Evenes at 19:30 and then the flybus got us to Narvik at 21:00.

A long day, but good to finally meet up with all the gang in Narvik over an expensive pint and hamburger.
