it rains in the lake district

Combined a couple of nights in Ambleside with our trip to Preston. It was raining (as usual), so we limited ourselves to a walk around Grasmere (lake) to Grasmere (village). Despite the rain it was a lovely walk, and the birds were in full chorus throughout.
