Take Your Pick

We went to a fun restaurant to celebrate with one of my Thai friends before she get married next week. The idea is similar to Hot Pot or fondue, where you have a pot of hot broth in the middle of the table, then put your choice of meat and veggies in the broth to cook.

This restaurant was extra fun because the food comes by in small servings on conveyor belts. They had a nice variety of pork, jellyfish, shell fish, tofu, cabbage, mushrooms, noodles, and just about anything else you can put in soup.
Want corn? Take that plate.
Want beef? Take one of the blue plates.
Want pumpkin? Grab it fast because if it passes my table, it will probably be put into my soup. :)
