Brownie Mix

There was a pack of brownie mixture lying for quite some time, which we thought to make brownies out of it today. It appeared fine when it was taken out of the oven. After a while, we kept it in the refrigerator to cool it down as per the procedure. Just after the dinner when we wanted to have it, the stuff had become very hard. I went back to read the the procedure mentioned in the pack. It seemed decptive though.. as there was a tiny picture of candy bar that it would turn out as a result, unlike what was shown on the front cover of the box, rather tempting. The photography was good, but for an incorrect sale of a product. For next time, I would prefer going by the authentic way of baking.. and that shall be a cake.
