Ma La Tang

I didn't get any good pics today, so you get to see our dinner again. This is ma la tang. The direct translation is spicy (hot) soup. All the ingredients are laid out in a rack along the wall and you can choose whatever you like. It is then weighed, cooked and brought to the table in this large bowl. AWESOME.
