Early start, week 3

Is it a road? Is it a building site? No it's Portobello beach having its sand redistributed.
Having finished my Kate Atkinson book (very enjoyable, though a bit too cutely resolved for my liking), there was no choice but to partake in some excercise. So while the girls did their training, I was in the water by 6.15 am for an hour's plodding breaststroke, which left me enough time to take a few pictures.
