Scottish heather

Got my much needed sleep last night.

Weather turned a bit today but despite the rain, it was still mild. Unfortunately I didn't get time today to have my usual quick runaround at lunchtime, so I went on the prowl after work.

Thought I'd best get a heather blip in, before it's too late and no longer in flower. It looks less spikey close up
