Carduelis carduelis

Its taken us 2 years to encourage Goldfinches into our garden and we have had one constant visitor for the last year or so. However its painfully camera shy and flew whenever i approached the window with the camera.

So hopefully you can imagine the joy of capturing 3 of the little buggers in one shot. I could of run off 200 shots without them flying away. Maybe they were using numbers as a safety net.

I will train them to juggle before the year is out. (the last point was a lie) :-)
