Waiting

I had a long lie this morning and when I got up I suddenly realised I was due to visit the nurse at the local health centre.
So I had to rush out - where I took a quick blip of the Black & White contrasts on the drives (just in case)

When I got to the health centre they found that I had been told the wrong time ........ it was actually an hour later.

And No - it wasn't my mistake .... it was theirs (I had the card to prove it)

However, I am glad to say that my blood pressure is fine and that my weight has not gone up.
