Window 1

With the alphabet over and done with, I thought I would walk about my tiny town and photograph old windows for the next seven days.

This window belongs to the house that makes one of the best panaras hereabouts. Panaras are like Mexican Empanadas but these are filled with fresh day-old beansprouts that are sauteed with onions and tiny baby shrimp and then deep fried. Usually eaten with a chili-vinegar dip.
