First Church

9pm & neither Richard or I had taken a photo all day. I started looking through people's images for the day & it just didn't seem right not to post something. So camera & tripod in hand I got Indianna & off we went to take some photo's.
This is First Church which is right in the centre of town. It is a very grand building from the outside, I have yet to explore the inside. Dunedin is full of beautiful buildings and since the Christchurch earthquake I am noticing & appreciating them so much more. They are such a part of the character of the city and I couldn't imagine Dunedin without them. It will be interesting to see what the people of Christchurch end up doing with their city. Hopefully something quite remarkable that future generations look on with admiration and wonder.
