A Sense of Belonging

This is my lovely colleague Andrea and I next to the lovely sign on our office which greeted us this morning when we arrived at the school in Frankfurt! It's not always easy to set up a temporary office in a school for a month, but on this teacher training course it's really important to have a space where we, as trainers, can work comfortably, close the door sometimes in-between observing our trainee teachers teach and our giving input sessions and have a quiet place to work. This is the first Cambridge CELTA course here in this school, and indeed, Frankfurt, and one of the things we've appreciated most is the way the owners have done everything possible to make things work and accommodate our 'requests'. This sign on the door of our newly set up office made us smile this morning and was a good start to the day! That, and a St..b..ks coffee!
