Stonking headache today so was really glad when greenzowie e-mailed to ask if I wanted to go a walk at lunchtime. Was good to be out in the fresh air and I got tickets to the theatre next Tuesday (3 show in the space of a week! result!)

Downside was when I got back to the office the little drum troupe started up again in my head!

This evening was a discussion about the Growth strategy in our Diocese and the place for youth work - I'm trying to put my cynicism to one side and be optimistic about it.
