Why should I take any notice?

Bristol's new name is Sign City - the Council puts up repeatrepeat signs and of course nobody takes any notice of them. Fishermen sit under No Fishing; Don't Feed the Gulls or Pigeons - £2,500 fine stops no one; bicycle paths are ignored. It used to be called Crane City but I think the Signs have taken over except where they are really needed of course - like signs pointing out of the City for cars!
