House Sign #18

Spotted on a gatepost of a rather nice House.

As far as I know the occupiers could be of a Nautical or
Sailing fraternity. As a "Cringle" is some part of the sails
on a Yacht. Which part exactly I do not know. But there may
be a Blipper who messes about on boats that can tell me.
Also spot the Tiny Moth in the letters, which again may
have some meaning.
