Crayfish and a brew

Yep, you can see things could be a lot worse.

The Hunter gifted me a crayfish. When my mate Tom heard he offered me a bottle of one of his earthquake brews 'liquorfaction'.

I cooked up cray, created a salsa with ingredients on hand, grabbed the bottle and joined my neighbour and friends for a shared dinner.

A fun evening, lots of laughs and plenty of food and wine. That cray was a treat and the perfect way to end a warm sunny day. Tom's liquorfaction brew was all zesty and an awesome match with crayfish ( as were the bubbles).

My loo is still flushing. Long may it last. Spoilt all round methinks.
