When did Chefs.......

....become the new rock'n'roll stars?

Charity meal in The Savoy Hotel (posher than a posh girl's posh bits). Our host was Sue Cook, our chefs were Tom Aikens, Tom Kitchen and James Martin (??) and our meal was michty fine to be fair. Ed Baines (???) and Andrew Turner (????) were our table chefs.

Later, we were encouraged to bid lots of money to save children with defective livers. Some people bid £000s and I made a rash bid and won......oh feck.

Amazing evening watching how the other half live. Really good day too.
