This is the view down the wrong end of the Ts1 Sw-130 planet finder, or also known as the bit that sticks out on top of the telescope that helps you find planets.

Seems I left the little red dot switched on (seen bottom of shot). It's battery powered.

Whilst you can buy budget batteries that fit just about anything you can't for small flat ones.
