Trees

There are not a lot of trees on the Shetland but there are the odd pocket of them about the place. My biggest success is with willows but here in Gulberwick this house now has a fine collection of fir trees.

The danger with planting trees is that you think they won't grow very big and you plant them too close to the house and take over.

Not much colour in the grass at the moment but it is improving
